Notes : The olfactory bouquet changes thanks to the blend of grapes that compose it. Intense sensations of ripe red fruit, almost withered red flowers and light spiciness. Soft taste, with a beautiful persistence thanks to the velvety tannins.
Vinification & Aging: Hand-picked grapes, with selection of the best bunches. Soft pressing and fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats. Followed by aging in barriques for a year before bottling.
Pairings : Perfect for aperitifs, starters, fried vegetables and linguine with clams.
