Notes : Intense and persistent aroma, characterized by floral and fruity notes, notes of peach and tropical fruits stand out. Lively and fresh taste with good harmony and long persistence.

Vinification & Aging : Harvest in September, soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C ​​for 10 days. Aging for 4 months in stainless steel, followed by aging in the bottle for 2 months.

Pairings: Excellent with cheeses and fish-based dishes.
