Notes : Delicate fruity aromas, slightly citrusy.

Vinification & Aging : Harvest in September, soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 10 days. Aging for 2 months in stainless steel, followed by aging in bottle for 1 month.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, with fish-based dishes, vegetable soups and soft cheeses.
