Notes : Aroma of good intensity and persistence, characterized by floral notes. Notes of broom and jasmine are distinguishable. Lively, harmonious and enveloping taste, long-lasting on the palate.

Vinification & Aging : Harvest in September, soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18°C ​​for 10 days. Aging for 4 months in stainless steel, followed by aging in the bottle for 2 months.

Pairings: Excellent with fish dishes and crudités.
