Notes: The aromas are very intense with pleasant notes of peach, apricot and grapefruit. The floral hints are reminiscent of wisteria and lime and over time it takes on a distinctly mineral character.
Vinification & Aging: Aging in steel and subsequently in the bottle.
Pairings : Ideal with appetizers, carpaccio and raw fish, shellfish, first and second courses based on fish. Excellent with fresh or stretched curd cheeses.
