Notes: On the nose it is floral and fruity. On the palate it is elegant, delicate and with good persistence.
Vinification & Aging : pressing of the crushed and destemmed grapes. Fermentation in steel at low temperature (16-18 °C). Fermentation malolactic not expected. Aged for at least 2 months on the lees with weekly bâtonnages.
Pairings: serve as an aperitif or paired with light starters or fish-based dishes.
