Notes : Notes of red fruits, an extremely expressive vintage. In the mouth it is round and well present.

Vinification & Aging: Old vines from 1958 on clay-gravelly soil. Mechanical harvesting, leavening on indigenous yeasts and fermentation at controlled temperature (26-32°) for 15 days.

Pairings : Its persistent tannin allows it to be paired with pasta, red meats, cheeses.
