Notes : Nose with hints of exotic fruit, mango, pineapple and melon, light hint of vanilla. On the palate it is soft, harmonious and pleasant.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest in mid-September, destemming, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18° for about 10 days. About half matures in amphora for about 6 months, the other half refines in French oak for about 6 months; after the blend between the two parts it refines in steel on the yeasts for about 1 year with frequent batonnage.

Pairings: It pairs well with white meat dishes, vegetables and grilled fish.
