Vinification & Aging: Gentle processing and pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation on the noble lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.
Recommended pairings: light appetizers, mixed salads, egg or mushroom-based dishes, grilled fish, excellent as an aperitif.
