Name : Bianco Trevenezie IGT

Notes: Enveloping and intense on the nose, with tropical notes of pineapple, mango and banana, hints of tomato leaf that alternate with sweet sensations of candied citron, vanilla and hawthorn. On the palate it is rich, complex, surprisingly citrusy, with a mineral and persistent finish.

Vinification & Aging: Fermentation and aging in French wood. Aged 30% in new French oak barriques and 70% in steel to maintain freshness.

Pairings : The contrast between softness and flavour gives it a gastronomic versatility that makes it suitable for pairing with both simple dishes such as sea bass in salt, and more complex dishes such as those spiced in sweet and sour sauce typical of Asian cuisine.
