Notes: The nose is dominated by aromas of white fruit, pear and apple. Notes of rose flowers and jasmine. Fresh and savoury taste, excellent balance and length.
Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest in the third ten days of September, destemming, soft pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lees for approximately 8 months in 228-liter "pièces" of first, second and third passage French oak, aging in the bottle for approximately 6 months before being released for sale
Pairings: dishes with seafood and shellfish, white meats and grilled vegetables.
