Notes : From the “Sot al dòs” vineyard, Villa Piccola, Faedo hill, Trentino. Complex on the nose, with notes of black fruit, blueberries, cherries and currants, light nuances of vanilla. Full-bodied and enveloping on the palate with soft tannins.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest at the end of September, destemming and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 26-27°C for about 15 days with careful pumping over and punching down. Aging in French oak for about 12 months and then 6 months of aging in bottle.

Pairings: It pairs well with aged cheeses, tasty cured meats, game.
