Vinification & Aging: Jouet Brut Rosè Belle Epoque is a rosé Champagne produced from a blend of the three main grape varieties of the region, namely Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. A maison that can count on grapes from the most prestigious municipalities for each grape variety, therefore the Chardonnay comes from the crus of Cramant, Avize and Le Mesnil, the Pinot Noir from Mailly, Ay, Verzy and Rilly, while the Pinot Meunier from Dizy. A blended rosé, which therefore involves the union with a red wine, the Belle Epoque Rosè ages for 72 months on the lees, a period that gives it incredible complexity.
Pairings : Perfect for fish aperitifs, raw seafood, oysters.
