Notes : The nose is fruity and floral, yellow fruit and flowers. Great harmony. The taste is soft and rich with a bitter aftertaste, typical of the grape variety.

Vinification & Aging: Pressing and squeezing in very soft pneumatic presses, natural decantation at around 10°C, fermentation in thermo-controlled stainless steel vats at 16/18°C for around 18 days, storage in vats with temperature regulation and inert gas protection. Aged in bottle for 1-2 months before being put on the market.

Pairings : Perfect with seafood and meat appetizers, seafood dishes, soft cheeses.
