Note : Yuzu is a typical Japanese citrus fruit visually very similar to lemon, but with strong herbaceous notes, a slight bitter hint and a less marked acidity. Ukiyo Yuzu Gin is born from a base of a traditional shōchū, redistilled with juniper, yuzu and other local botanicals, respecting the millenary tradition of yuzu cultivation in Japan, giving fresh citrus notes.
