Notes : The nose opens with notes of citrus and fresh fruit such as white peach, then evolves into sweet spices. The palate is full and unctuous with a light sweetness. Lots of freshness on the finish, reminiscent of citrus notes.

Vinification & Aging: Certified high environmental value, the grapes used in the composition of this cuvée have been meticulously vinified without added sulphites.

The sulphites contained in this bottle are produced naturally by native yeasts.

Awarded 1 star in the Hachette des vins Guide 2022.

Pairings : Excellent with shellfish-based dishes and grilled vegetables.
