Notes : On the nose a scent of Mediterranean scrub flowers, dominated by broom. On the palate it is fruity, delicately savoury and with a hint of almond.
Winemaking & Aging: Winemaking maceration in contact with the skins for 24/36 hours, fermentation in steel tanks at 16-18°C. Malolactic fermentation complete.
Pairings : A wine for all meals, it pairs well with shellfish, lean appetizers, first courses and in particular fish-based cuisine.
