Notes: Floral and fruity nose, balsamic and citrus notes compose and define the olfactory bouquet. The taste is fresh and mineral, beautiful the typical sapidity of Verdicchio grapes. A wine with excellent structure.
Vinification & Aging: Harvest from mid-October, aging in stainless steel tanks for 18 months and subsequent 8 months in the bottle.
Pairings: raw seafood and fish-based second courses.
