Note: A unique wine, obtained thanks to the recovery of a centuries-old vine belonging to the Vissanello variety, native to the town of Cupi di Visso. The vine, on ungrafted roots, was recovered from a site still present near the town where, married to field maples and still productive, it remains as evidence of an ancient vineyard settlement. Vinification & Aging: Heroic agriculture at more than 1000 meters above sea level. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Evolution in stainless steel tanks for at least 7 months. Aging in stainless steel for at least 9 months. Followed by bottle aging in the cellar.

Pairings: Suitable for various combinations based on meat or fish, cheeses and cured meats. Excellent with fatty fish such as eel or fried food.
