Notes: On the nose it is intense and fruity. On the palate it is dry, harmonious with excellent freshness.

Vinification & Aging : pressing of the crushed and destemmed grapes. Fermentation in steel at low temperature (16-18 °C). Fermentation malolactic not expected. Aged for at least 2 months on the lees with weekly bâtonnages.

Pairings: it generally pairs with all appetizers, it goes very well with fish.
