Notes: Bouquet of dried fruit and spices. It is a robust, noble wine. Excellent harmony of tannins, in the mouth it is warm and enveloping.
Vinification & Aging: It is aged in oak barrels located in the Corte Aleardi cellars for at least 24-30 months. It is then refined in the bottle for a few months.
Pairings : It is suitable for roast and grilled meats, cold cuts and mature cheeses.
