Name : Passito Terre Sicilane IGT

Notes: The scent is inebriating, persistent, aromatic and rich in ripe fruit, with notes of apricot, dried figs, bitter oranges and honey. On the palate it is sweet, aromatic and intense, balanced, enveloping, honeyed and ends with the finesse of almond.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes, obtained 100% from Zibibbo di Pantelleria, also known as Moscato di Alessandria, passito, are hand-picked using the traditional method, carefully selected and then laid out on mats on the ground to grow slowly in the sun and naturally dry. After reaching an adequate level of drying, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature to extract the characteristic aromas of Málaga (Zibibbo passito). The maximum production allowed is 40 hl per hectare and the wine has a unique character.
