Notes : The nose opens with clear notes of candied fruit, almonds, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla. The taste is dedicated, excellent acidity that brings balance to the sweetness and almond aftertaste.
Vinification & Aging: Grape harvest from mid-September to the first days of October. Selection of the grapes during the drying phase, which lasts for about 5 months. Followed by soft pressing and fermentation in wood. After a long aging in wood for over 4 years it is bottled.
Pairings : To be enjoyed at the end of a meal with traditional Tuscan desserts, such as cantucci and dry almond-based sweets.
