Notes : On the nose it is fruity, berries, black cherry and notes of chocolate. On the palate it is determined with a pleasant freshness.

Vinification & Aging : Hand harvested in crates in mid-September, in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks, with a duration varying from 7 to 14 days with pumping over and delestage. Next
refinement on fine lees in steel barrels.

Pairings : perfect with red meat, mushrooms and truffle-based dishes.
