Notes : Elegant and delicate aromas, with floral hints of rose and strawberries. On the palate it is soft, beautiful freshness and persistence on the palate. Versatile wine, less structured than white wines and less tannic than reds.
Vinification & Aging: Susumaniello is a red grape variety native to Brindisi. Its dome comes from the fact that its plants tend to be very productive and therefore to be loaded with bunches, just like a "donkey". Le Rotaie is produced with pure Susumaniello. The intensity of the color is due to the very short maceration time of the skins, from 2 to 4 hours.
Pairings: Perfect for aperitifs, soups and fish main courses, white meats and lightly aged cheeses.
