Notes: Remarkable olfactory bouquet, with hints of flowers and red fruit. Harmonious. Intense, persistent taste, with a bitter note.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are taken to the cellar and immediately softly pressed. The must is separated from the skins after a few hours of maceration and transferred to steel tanks, where it ferments at a temperature of 15 – 18 degrees. The wine is aged in steel for 4 -5 months, on the noble lees to increase its aromatic complexity and fullness on the palate. After stabilization it is bottled, before summer.

Pairings : Perfect with grilled fish, first courses and pizza.
