Notes : Spicy aromas of red fruits on the nose. Initially fresh and mineral notes. Well-balanced and good mouth, which leads to softness and roundness on the palate. Long and harmonious finish.

Vinification & Aging: Harvested early in the morning when temperatures are still cool to retain the primary aromas (fruity and floral) of each grape variety and taste them later in the wine.

Pairings : Perfect as an aperitif, with grilled meat, grilled vegetables and gourmet salads.
