Notes: The nose is characterized by intense notes of violets, roses, red fruits. The palate is enveloped by ripe berries and spicy and savory notes. A wine with good structure, elegant, with refined tannins and an intense finish that leaves a pleasant fruity scent.

Vinification & Aging: Fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with malolactic fermentation and partial refinement in 20 hl truncated cone-shaped oak vats. Aging 85% in steel and 15% in truncated cone-shaped oak vats for 12 months and subsequently 6 months in the bottle.

Pairings: Excellent throughout the meal with cured meats, mature cheeses, meat sauces, red meats, roasts, grills or game.
