Name: Colli Euganei Fior d'Arancio DOCG
Notes : Typical, aromatic and intense nose. On the palate it is sweet and persistent and recalls the grape.
Vinification & Aging: Vineyards on clayey soil, Euganean marl, calcareous and rich in skeleton. From the soft pressing of the grapes a must is obtained, which after fermentation carried out in an autoclave at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, gives rise to this particularly pleasant and joyful sparkling wine.
Pairings: Ideal with desserts and small pastries.
