Notes : On the nose, vegetal notes meet typical Mediterranean flowers, such as lavender, lemon balm, elderberry. Seasonal fruit, melon, tropical fruit. On the palate it is balanced, soft and sinuous. Distinct flavor.
Vinification & Aging: Entirely manual harvest during the first ten days of September. Soft pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 16°.
Pairings : Excellent aperitif wine, to be enjoyed with fish and vegetable dishes.
