Notes : 100% Macabeau leather macerated for 6 weeks. This wine is spontaneously fermented, using biodynamic practices, unfined and unfiltered.

Macabeu has similar characteristics to all the other Costador orange wines: mineral, stony, fresh and complex. It is more aromatic than the other but not invasive. There are apple, mandarin, yellow grapefruit and mint. Truly delicious. One of the most elegant and worthy of aging wines produced. Round fruit, a little waxy, very material, lots of orange and peach, white flowers, Indian spices, but dry and one with a deep minerality.

To be paired with paella de marisco and fried calamari.
