Notes : Complex nose, with aromas of ripe red fruits and black cherry, hints of spices and a hint of pine needles. The taste opens with deep notes of red fruits, which are complemented by well-integrated and elegant oak notes. A beautiful structure and a long persistence support the whole.

Vinification & Aging: Contact with the skins in stainless steel at controlled temperature with open tanks with draft and pigeage (punchdown). Aging for 1 month in barriques of which 25% new.

Pairings : Ideal with white meats such as veal or poultry in mushroom-based sauces such as morels and truffles.
