Notes : The successful balance between the vegetal freshness of Sauvignon and the softness of the small amount of Semillon gives life to a warm and complex wine that on the nose recalls ripe yellow fruit, nuanced by vegetal and mineral hints. and complex thanks to the marked minerality. Citrusy and tropical on the palate, it closes on a persistent sapidity.

Vinification & Aging: A blend of wine obtained from different parcels of Sauvignon Blanc from three different vineyards of the company, with a small percentage of Semillon. The fermentations are spontaneous and the aging in steel only so that the wine is an authentic expression of the territory and the company philosophy.
