The goal of 400 Conigli gin is to obtain a linear, gentle and particularly characterizing base, but as suitable as possible to enhance its aromatization. Gin 400 Conigli Volume 3 Cardamomo is obtained exclusively from the infusion, in a juniper distillate, of cardamom seeds from India and Malaysia, without the addition of any essential oil or synthetic flavoring. The processing phases, entirely handcrafted, are complex: they start from the softening of the seeds in a bain-marie, up to the crushing of the pod and the subsequent decantation. Even the filtration, in linen and cotton, is entirely handcrafted.
