Vinification & Aging: Carbon is a challenge, an invitation to comparison that wants to offer a valid alternative to the classic and more famous brands. Carbon is a disruptive champagne that wants to break away from traditional paths and reach new and higher levels of innovation. A new release of Carbon dedicated to the world of clubbing, with a resin coating that recalls carbon, but which always stands out for the very high quality of the maison. It is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier that ferments in small oak vats, without carrying out malolactic fermentation, to best preserve the character of the grapes, with at least six years on the lees and a dosage of around 9 g/L.

Pairing : Perfect with red prawn tartare, spaghetti with seafood.
