Denomination: Bolgheri Rosso DOC

Notes : Intense and sincere nose, herbaceous and black fruit notes among which black cherry stands out. The taste is mineral, with balanced tannins. Excellent final persistence, with hints of licorice.

Vinification & Aging: Vinification at a controlled temperature of 28° for 15-20 days. It is then refined in wood, for 12 months in barriques. Further stay in the cellar after bottling for 6 months.

Pairings : perfect to accompany red meats cooked rare, grilled or roasted. Excellent with pasta all'amatriciana, beef or game ragù, important risottos. It loves medium-aged cheeses.
