Notes: The nose is intense and at the same time delicate, offering an elegant olfactory bouquet of fruits and flowers. The palate is dry with a note of intense freshness.

Vinification & Aging : soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation of the must for about 10/15 days at a constant temperature (16-18°C). Aging in stainless steel tanks for a few months and bottling.

Pairings: appetizers, first courses, white meats and fish-based specialties.
