Note : Bitterone Pallini is made according to the ancient art of
master liqueur makers of Pallini, with over 140 years of tradition
behind it passed down from generation to generation. This
particular interpretation of the famous Bitter in the style of Holland,
designed for mixing, it is launched in 2019 for
celebrate 100 years since the birth of the king of aperitif cocktails, the
«Negroni».
Pallini bitter is proposed as a fundamental ingredient of
many classic cocktails, aperitifs and long drinks,
like Negroni or Americano, but it can also be enjoyed
with ice, soda and lemon peel. The label reproduces
the signature of Virgilio Pallini creator of the original formula
consumer guarantee against any counterfeiting.
Bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruits, including:
absinthe, gentian and bitter orange peel, are
left to infuse in a mixture of alcohol and water.
The solution is then left to macerate, and
decant so that the product can reach its maximum
clarity.
The finished product has an intense aroma and a red colour.
