Notes : Complex on the nose , but immediately captivating, fresh and sweet ; with essences of plum, cherry, blackberry and raspberry jam, spices . Elegant taste with good structure, the tannins are perfectly balanced and guarantee persistence in the mouth.
The wine is perfect to be tasted immediately but can be left to age for another 2-3 years.
Vinification & Aging: Fermentation at controlled temperature (25-30°) in steel vats. It is then refined in steel with a subsequent brief passage in French oak barrels.
Pairings : Ideal for game dishes, medium-aged cheeses and first courses with meat sauces.
