Notes : Intense nose, with distinct floral notes attributable to rose and notes of ripe yellow fruit. On the palate it is soft, delicate and enveloping.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest in mid-September, destemming and cold maceration in the press for approximately 6 hours, soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at 18°C ​​for approximately 10 days, refinement until March in steel tanks with batonnage every 15 days.

Pairings: It pairs well with white meat dishes, vegetables and grilled fish.
