Denomination: Dolomiti IGT

Notes: Grape variety obtained from a cross between Schiava and Riesling Renano, in 1969. Widespread in German viticulture and in Italy in Trentino-Alto Adige. It takes its name from a nineteenth-century poet famous for his bacchic songs. Elegant. Fresh and lively aromas, with notes of apricot and ripe peach. The taste is fine and elegant, with mineral notes. Excellent harmony.

Vinification & Aging: soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature, maturation in steel containers.

Pairings: Good as an aperitif, with cold cuts, medium-fat fish and cheeses.
