Name: Marselan IGP Pays D'Oc

Notes: The nose is complex and reveals aromas of red fruits such as cherry and blackberry. Spicy notes, persistent vinosity. In the mouth it is well balanced, with soft and melted tannins. The finish is fruity, silky, slightly spicy with good length.

Vinification & Aging : This cuvée is made with 100% Marselan, a grape variety born from the crossing of Grenache Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. It offers small, very concentrated grapes and a low volume harvest. Aging in steel.

Pairings: This wine will be appreciated with roasted or grilled red meats
like a spiced beef steak or a grilled rib eye with thyme.
