Notes: Spicy, with hints of cinnamon, which should not cover the aromas of red fruit, cherry or black cherry, which can evolve into dried plum with refinement in the bottle.
In the mouth it is very full and persistent, rather tannic with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. It is a wine that can evolve in the bottle, if well preserved, for 10 years or more.
Aged for a total of 36 months, as required by the specifications: 12 months in small wood (barriques or tonneaux), 12 months in steel, 12 months in the bottle.
Perfect pairings with red meat main courses, game and mature cheeses.
