Notes : Round and full-bodied, with good mineral and acidic structure. Aromas and flavors of apple and white plum.
Vinification & Aging: manual harvest, the grapes are first selected in the vineyard and then in the cellar. Vinification and aging in stainless steel, at controlled temperature. Aging for six months on the fine lees, then bottling.
Pairings : Perfect to start a meal, also very good with soups and salads.
