Name: Friuli Colli Orientali DOP

Notes: Rich, floral aroma of acacia flowers with hints of pear and apple. The taste is dry, fresh and fruity. A full-bodied wine.

Vinification & Aging: Harvested by hand, destemming, maceration on the skins for several hours and soft pressing with subsequent decantation. Then follows fermentation at a controlled temperature and 7 months of maturation in steel with various Bâtonage. At the end of this period, filtration is carried out, followed by bottling and a period of refinement.

Pairings : It is perfect with grilled fatty fish, pasta with tomato sauce, potato gnocchi with meat sauce, cold cuts and cheeses.
