Note : The intense aroma of red and black berries is typical of the “Fuxleiten” wine that grows in Montagna, known as one of the most suitable areas for this grape variety. On the palate it has a full, balanced and persistent taste.

Vinification & Aging: Fermentation at controlled temperature and constant pressing of the marc cap for 10 – 14 days, in stainless steel barrels. Aroma and taste refinement in oak barrels.

Pairings : Ideal with white and red meats, game and cheeses.
