Notes : On the nose it is complex, captivating, fresh and sweet, with hints of plum, cherry, blackberry and raspberry jam combined with notes of chocolate, tobacco, vanilla and liquorice.
In the mouth it is decisive, a surprising combination of power and softness, with sweet and gentle tannins.

Vinification & Aging: Fermentation: at controlled temperature (25-30°) in combined steel and French oak Horizon vats. Aging in 60 and 90 hl. French oak barrels and in 350 l. French oak barriques for 8-10 months.

Pairings : Ideal for meat-based dishes, braised and stewed. Perfect with medium-aged cheeses.
