Notes : On the nose, aromas of red orange, pomegranate, fresh and crunchy berries. In the mouth it is fresh, pleasantly fruity with a balanced flavor.
Vinification & Aging: Entirely manual harvest during the first ten days of September. Short maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Aging in bottle for 3 months.
Pairings : Excellent with white meats. Perfect as an aperitif.
