Name: Marca Trevigiana IGT

Notes : The range of aromas recalls ripe yellow fruit such as apricot, golden drops and peach. On the palate the taste is sugary, well balanced by freshness. The delicate bubbles accompany the sip closing on a light bitter finish reminiscent of almond.

Vinification & Aging: Once the harvest is over, the freshly picked grapes are taken to the cellar and destemmed. We wait for the crushed grapes to begin fermenting so that part of the pigments contained in the skins are released into the must, a fundamental step in obtaining the characteristic golden color of the wine. We then continue with the racking and the must is sent to fermentation which takes place at a controlled temperature between 16° and 18°. The secondary fermentation takes place with the Charmat Method in about 30 days.
