In Correggio, in the province of Reggio Emilia, Vitivinicola Fangareggi cultivates tradition and innovation. But of what if not Lambrusco ?
The most famous Italian wine in the world, thanks to this family business, active for 4 generations , finds the perfect combination of tradition and innovation .
For those like the Fangareggis who have always grown up on bread and Lambrusco , wine is a serious thing and a passion to be honored daily, through a path made of sacrifices and wise work, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Giuseppe and Roberto take care of the 8 vineyards they own, capable of cultivating 6 different varieties , and are committed to rigorously respecting the integrated production protocol, a production system with low environmental impact. Since 2021 , the choice to convert the Pignoletto and Lambrusco di Sorbara varieties to organic has been undertaken.
The winery's international celebration comes in June, thanks to the achievement of the bronze medal at the coveted international competition " Decanter World Wine Awards " with the wine Vigna Nera , a blend of Lambrusco Salamino and Ancellotta.
